COURSE OVERVIEW

Successful completion of this course will enable the course graduate to seek positions which require them to possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised, technical or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate their own work and/or the work of a team.

 COURSE WORK This qualification would apply to individuals with various job titles including administration managers, general office managers and office managers. Individuals in these roles may possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised, technical or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate their own work and/or the work of a team.
TESTING Students are required to undertake an ongoing sequence of Unit assessments for each of the eight units in the program. The testing materials are found for the most part on the Online learning portal “CTIC Whiteboard”. All assessments apart from in class tests are submitted and marked online with feedback being delivered individually through the portal.
COMPLETION Testamurs and transcripts or Statements of Attainment are issued at the course completion and conform to regulatory requirements of the college’s accreditation authorities. As such the transcripts and testamurs are recognised as “Nationally Recognised Training” at Diploma(AQF5) level within the Australian Government’s Australian Qualifications Framework(AQF).
