COURSE DETAILS
Successful completion of the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management course will enable the course graduate to seek positions in a wide variety of roles working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts. As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others while taking some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team. They typically will apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

COMPLETION |
Testamurs and transcripts or Statements of Attainment are issued at the course completion and conform to regulatory requirements of the college’s accreditation authorities. As such the transcripts and testamurs are recognized as “Nationally Recognized Training” at Certificate IV (AQF4) level within the Australian Government’s Australian Qualifications Framework(AQF). |
